As the third and Final Phase is well under way by Qualex Landmark Developers, ITC Construction Group is the Construction Manager for the third consecutive time on this development. Located at 10th Street and 12th Ave SW, it is one of very few high rises under construction in the Calgary area. Currently Matrix has a few workers on site assisting with general carpentry duties and site maintenance responsibilities. Our staff has supported ITC's efforts on all three towers for this development and are looking forward to new opportunities as 2011 pushes forward.
