  NAC worked with Matrix on a project in northern Ontario from March 2011 to project completion in December 2011. During this time Matrix provided NAC with experienced labour across all fields in a very timely and professional manner. During this time the labour sourced through Matrix climed to over 100 personnel, this accounted for approximately 20% of our workforce on site. NAC found Matrix to be extrememly capable to meet our labour sourcing needs and the personnel supplied to the project were found to be very well skilled, with a great work ethic and have a very high attention to safety standards, protocols and procedures. When the project schedule dictated labour to raise or lower Matrix were very capable in sourcing the additional labour within the required time frame and were very easy to work with when the labour force was reduced also. Matrix provided an onsite management team that allowed NAC a single point of contact for all requests and this assisted greatly in smooth labour management .Due to the type of work that NAC undertakes we require all types of labour including machine operators, cement finishers, carpenters and general labourers to name a few. Matrix was a great asset to be able to call on to fill the specific roles that were required throughout the project duration. The site management team brought into our cost control tracking and monitoring system and ensured that all employees were aware of their requirements so no additional work was required from NAC management staff. The site manager team liaised well witho our operations team onsite to ensure correct placement of labour and with our HR department to ensure the correct personnel were obtained for the correct tasks. NAC would hope to work with Matrix again in the future should a suitable project arise and have no reservation in recommending them to other contrators.
