We have expanded to a larger office in the SE quadrant of Calgary and are in need of a full time Payroll/Office Administrator.

The right individual will be fluent in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must be a team player and show willingness to learn new tasks and add value to Matrix.

Job Description

The daily duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Accounts Payable, Payroll (Ceridian)
  • Invoicing
  • Knowledge/experience of bookkeeping for in house operations
  • Filing
  • Assisting senior staff with presented tasks
  • Miscellaneous office procedures Skills
  • An understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes
  • Exposure to QuickBooks would be an asset
  • Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Excel
  • Computers in general are a must!
  • Comfortable dealing with the public (clients/employees)
  • Extremely reliable and punctual
  • Positive Attitude
  • Enjoy a casual work environment

Details

Full Time Position (Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm)
Full medical/Dental Benefits after 3 months
