Sylvia Oleszczuk has a dual degree in Human Resources and Marketing and started her career in HR. However, she discovered her passion for recruitment due to its blend of customer service, psychology, sales, marketing, and business management. Sylvia believes that a company's most valuable asset is its employees, and as a recruiter, she enjoys connecting businesses with top talent. Over the past few years, Sylvia has worked in various recruiter roles, mainly in the O&G sector, with experience in both staffing firms and in-house corporate recruitment.
Sylvia is keenly interested in working with Matrix as she perceives high growth potential in the company and hopes to make valuable contributions that sustain the growth. Outside of work, she remains active by engaging in activities like going to the gym, playing volleyball, soccer, horseback riding, skating, and snowboarding. She also enjoys a vibrant social life and stays connected with her family and friends.
