Here’s how we do it:
- We INVEST in training: All our Employees are CSTS TRAINED and the vast majority are also fall protection trained.
- We offer STABLE, LONG-TERM EMPLOYMENT instead of CONTRACT WORK: Almost every employee is T-4 registered.
- WE OFFER COMPETITIVE WAGES: 84% of our costs are attributed to WAGES and BENEFITS.
- Open communication and transparency are fundamental in establishing trust and loyalty. We facilitate open dialogue with our employees and help them understand our business model and their place in it. Our team members understand that our key performance indicators include retention levels and progression within the organization
