- We INVEST in training: All our Employees are CSTS TRAINED and the vast majority are also fall protection trained.
- We offer STABLE, LONG-TERM EMPLOYMENT instead of CONTRACT WORK: Almost every employee is T-4 registered.
- WE OFFER COMPETITIVE WAGES: 84% of our costs are attributed to WAGES and BENEFITS.
