As one of Calgary’s premiere staffing agencies for labour and construction roles, we take safety very seriously. We go to great lengths to protect our employees, clients and our reputation. 
We have implemented a Safety Ticket Program for all of our employees to ensure that they’re receiving proper training in a variety of roles. Most temp agencies tell employees that they must independently enroll in training courses before they can be hired. These courses are expensive and every day you’re not working, you’re not earning. So at Matrix we do things differently: 

• We will arrange and pay for our employees to take training courses in variety of disciplines.  At course completion, the employee will receive a safety ticket/certification granting them access to onsite projects and work. 
• This program monitors and controls who can and cannot enter our sites. If you don’t have a ticket, you can’t come onsite.
• We will work with you and help tailor your training experience to your interests and desired career path.

This process allows us to ensure the safety of employees and encourages the professional development of employees so they can advance their careers. Our goal is to build and sustain a community of competent and knowledgeable employees that can properly take on any role that they wish.
