A construction site can be a dangerous place. That is why Matrix, a COR certified company, requires all employees to have the appropriate safety training for the task at hand and enforces strict safety guidelines on all of our work sites. Matrix recognizes that our employees are our most important asset, and that keeping them safe and healthy is critical to the success of our business - that's why we mandate that all employees have the appropriate safety training before they set foot on any of our sites.
While most staffing agencies require potential employees to have their safety training completed or in progress before they are hired, we recognize that these courses are expensive and cost employees time they could spend working and earning money. To help our employees get the training they need, we have implemented a Safety Ticket Program, which we run out of our state-of-the-art, on-site training facility. Under this program, we arrange and pay for our employees to receive the training they need. Upon completion of a training course, the employee receives the appropriate certification or safety ticket and is then granted access to Matrix projects and work sites. We also work with our employees to tailor their training towards their strengths and desired career path.
This unique program allows us to foster a work environment where safety is the top priority without asking our employees to shoulder the financial burden associated with that. These programs also allow us to invest in our employees and help them advance their careers.
