Help us Raise Funds for the High Hopes Challenge

As you may already know, I have signed up for the High Hopes Challenge with the Kids Cancer Care Foundation. This is a fantastic organization that helps children and their families in the fight against childhood cancer. By undergoing the challenge, I have committed to raising $10,000 to fund the charity's various camps, outreach programs, scholarships and much more.

The High Hopes Challenge is a great opportunity for Albertans to support this organization. Each spring, Calgary business leaders test their physical and mental stamina in a day-long challenge to raise money for children affected by cancer. As I will be taking part, it would be wonderful to have the support of friends, family, clients, peers or anyone who feels this is a worthy cause. No donation is too small and every penny goes to helping kids who need help most. Just follow the link below if you would like to donate. The $10,000 we plan to raise will go a long way in ensuring that this foundation remains strong for years to come!

Sincerely,

Shannon Warren, President & CEO

About The Charity

Kids Cancer Care began thirty years ago with one mom, Christine McIver, whose son Derek was diagnosed with a brain tumour. At the time, there were few programs in place to help families deal with this traumatic experience. In hopes of improving the quality of life for not just her own son, but thousands of other children in Alberta who were facing similar circumstances, Christine started Kids Cancer Care in the basement of her home with just a few volunteers. Over almost three decades, the foundation has grown to provide a wide array of services to families in need. Today, Kids Cancer Care is one of the largest childhood cancer research funders in the country and helps countless children face the challenges of cancer each and every day.
