Mercon Benefits: What are they?
Benefits commence on the first day of the second calendar month after you accumulate 300 hours in your hour bank account (within in a 9 month period.)
Benefits terminate after your hours bank account falls below 150 hours.
Benefits reinstate if 150 hours are again accumulated in your hour bank account within eight months. A maximum of 900 hours can be accumulated in your hour bank account.
If you are interested in this program please contact Lisa at the office for an enrollment card. You are eligible for an enrollment card once you have been employed by Matrix for at least 6 weeks. Once you have filled out the benefit card you will pay $.55/hour worked and Matrix will match this amount. Matrix will start to submit hours into your work bank once you start to pay into the program.
