Nordstrom - Calgary
Omicron Construction Ltd. has partnered with Nordstrom to deliver the construction of the first Nordstrom store in Canada, a 140,000 sq.ft. high-end retail store. The work includes the exterior cladding and shell building renovation (new structural steel storefronts with large format porcelain tile panels; composite stone tile panelling; glazed curtain-wall system; composite wood panelling and all-glass entrances) as well as the fit-out of the interior space including a 97,000 sq.ft. sales floor, the Ebar cafe, Bazille restaurant, new escalators, passenger and freight elevators, and back of house facilities.
