Mike Legault is the Vice President of Operations at Matrix HR. Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Mike attended York University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and developed a keen interest in labour relations issues. While working his way through university, Mike drove a tractor trailer, providing him with a unique perspective as a labour force employee that he now brings to Matrix.
With over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, both in and out of the office, Mike has developed strong relationships with individuals in all aspects of the transportation business. He is known for his fairness and honesty, making him a trusted arbitrator in labour relations and human resource issues.
For the past 13 years, Mike has been an integral part of Matrix HR's team, leveraging his expertise in labour relations to foster relationships based on trust and respect with both employees and clients. Safety is a top priority for Mike and the Matrix team, ensuring that all employees can work in a safe, healthy, and respectful environment.
