Tayo is an accomplished, focused, and driven HR professional, who just happens to be a foreign-trained lawyer. She immigrated to Canada in 2019 with her husband and two beautiful daughters. On team Matrix, Tayo is responsible for recruiting highly-qualified candidates, managing recruitment activities like screening resumes, performing initial assessments, checking references, and screening and conducting background checks on selected candidates. Tayo is an outstanding representative For Matrix at job fairs, meetings, and university/college career events. In her downtime, Tayo enjoys spending time with family and friends, dancing, and watching Formula 1 and football.
