FWS Group and Matrix HR have nurtured a long-term relationship and have collaborated on various projects since 2019. FWS Group relies heavily on Matrix HR to mobilize tradespeople for their critical projects with shorter timeframes and tight deadlines.
FWS Group was assigned the Fraser Grain Terminal Project in Surrey, BC and tasked with repairing critical engineering deficiencies. FWS Group requested Matrix HR to mobilize 100 tradespeople to the site to make their benchmarks and complete the scope of work in a timely manner in the fall of 2022. Trades required for the project:

Matrix HR mobilized more than 100 tradespeople to the site within 30 days of the request empowering FWS Group to complete the critical repairs before the predefined time frame, resulting in cost efficiencies for the project.
FWS Group was satisfied with the quick turnaround time in recruiting and onboarding a skilled workforce and the quality of candidates placed at the Fraser Grain Terminal Project resulted in two additional contracts with FWS Group in Saskatchewan.
