Mattison joined Matrix as a recruiter in November 2022. She has a Bachelor of Communications degree and did her postgraduate certificate in HR and is committed to continued learning, taking a myriad of professional and personal courses online. Mattison is responsible for recruiting, primarily for administrative and permanent roles, and she spearheads our non-profit efforts and assists with processes like references, interviews, and HR strategy. Mattison is a small-town girl at heart. She spends her time off hiking in the mountains, exercising with her crazy border collie, and hanging out with family at their remote cabin. She enjoys all things outdoors such as archery, canoeing, bird watching and foraging with her grandfather. Mattison is passionate about reading and lifelong learning.
