At Matrix, Rana is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting the right candidates for job openings. She works closely with hiring managers to understand the job requirements, search for suitable candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and ultimately recommend the best candidates for the position. She also is responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. When not at work, Rana likes to travel and try new cuisines.
